2. Type of processed data
When you visit this website, our system automatically collects data and information about the computer system of the accessing computer. These include i.a. the date and the time when a page on our website was accessed, your IP address, name and version of your web browser and the website (URL) you visited before accessing this website. There is no obligation to actually state these data we ask you on our website. However, if you do not do this, you will not be able to use all functions of the website.

3. Purpose of data protection
Your personal data will be processed for specific purposes:

These measures include in particular the securing of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controllig the physical access to the data, and also the access referring to them, the input, transfer, the securing of availability and their separation We have also set up procedures to ensure the claim of data subject rights, deletion of data and reactions to possible data vulnerabilities. Furthermore, we consider the protection of personal data already in the development or selection of hardware, software and procedures, according to the principle of data protection through technology design and privacy-friendly default settings (Art. 25 GDPR).

6. Disclosure of your personal data
For the above-mentioned purposes we shall disclose your personal data to the IT service providers used by us. A disclosure of personal data to third countries or to an international organisation does not take place.

7. Collection of access data and log files
Based on our legitimate interest pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR we collect data on every access to the server on which this service is stored (so-called server log files). These access data include the name of the website called, file, date and time of the call, transferred data volume, report on sucessful call, browser type incl. version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.

Log file information are stored for reasons of security (e.g. for the investigation of misuse or fraud).

8. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web-analysis service of Google Inc. (hereinafter known as Google). Google Analytics uses so-called ‘Cookies’, which are text files that are saved on your computer and which analyse your usage of the website. According to art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to information, according to art. 16 GDPR the right to correction, according to art. 17 GDPR the right to erasure, according to art. 18 GDPR the right to restriction of processing as well as the right to data portability according to art. 20 GDPR. The restrictions pursuant to §§34 and 35 BDSG shall apply for the right to information and erasure. You can revoke your given consent at any time. Please note that the revocation applies only for the future. Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (art. 77 GDPR in connection with § 19 BDSG).

Grounds relating to a particular situation

You shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her which is based on art. 6 sec. 1 e GDPR (data processing in the public interest) and art. 6 sec. 1f GDPR (data processing based on balancing of interest). Should you object, we shall no longer process your personal data, unless we can provide compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedom, or if the processsing is used for the assertion, exercising or defence of legal claims.
